Yesterday I went to the ER in so much pain, and for the first time in a long time, I truly felt heard. Within minutes of walking in, they had me in a room doing a full patient evaluation and assessment. The staff was incredibly fast, attentive, and compassionate from start to finish. This is not just an emergency room, this is a safe place that prioritizes you and your health. I’ve personally gone here twice and they have been so kind to me and attentive. I truly felt like I was a priority and cared for. As a future nurse (currently 50% nursing student) they really inspired me and showed me what a true nurse is supposed to be.
