I recently lived in a Neighbors Development apartment and had an awesome experience. They were flexible, transparent, and very responsive. When I first moved in they left a welcome gift, which I felt was a great touch. Had I not purchased a home myself, I would still be renting from them no doubt! Kara and Cole were awesome! 10 out of 10 I would recommend renting from Neighbors Development!
