Took $50 out and I didn’t even come in to set up a checking or savings account ! No rep even called me to confirm the appointment I booked , so I assumed they denied me and I went else where . Their not helpful on solving the issue . I really want Corporates number ! The guy in the bank goes “ its because we been busy “ y’all wasn’t to busy to take money out my account a week after my appointment!
This incident occured at the Jennings Branch My children and I went into this branch today to make a deposit and were hassled TO DEATH about face masks! When we initially approached the entrance I was stopped because I was wearing a face shield and my children were not wearing masks. This is the first time my small children have ever been asked to wear face masks anywhere! So I turn around to leave because apparently they do not offer any to customers.
