We were in Jacksonville, Texas, staying at the Secret Cenote hotel, and started our morning out at this coffee shop. We had NO IDEA what an experience we were going to have. 1st the friendly greeting from the Barista and another employee was right on time. Then the coffee.... the AMAZING coffee. I ordered a Cortado, and she served it with a shot of Perrier water - I'm thinking - that's new! She told me it was for my palette, and her and I had a great conversation about it.
