After purchasing a high end machine a little over two years ago, we have been without AC more than we’ve had it for the last 6-8 weeks. Numerous service calls later (several of which we were charged), the unit stopped working again this weekend. It seems this company is better at selling air conditioners than they are at servicing them. The receptionist is very friendly and apologetic but the technicians cannot get the unit to work. Do Not waste your time or money with Neighbors. The very expensive unit Neighbors sold my 80 yr old mother in 2018 continues to fail. After numerous service calls, some only a day or two apart, which of course they continue to charge for...the unit is again Not working. Why sell & instal a unit which you do not know how to service ???
We had a great experience and would highly recommend.
Always dependable I have used them for over 6 years and I do the 2 times a year maintenance. Always polite and dependable. If they are running late or early then they call you. It is amazing how good they are. I also had them put in a new AC for me.
Had a rough night with no A/C... and Neighbors came through for me today. I really appreciate their honesty and hard work.
