I am an investor in a handful of projects, a couple of them distributing at this point monthly. I like that it auto ach’s to my account. I like their video updates on each asset that I am invested in. Learning a lot about the real estate market and timing of liquidity from their quarterly videos.
I've made couple investments with them and the first one paid out nicely and effortlessly, so I had no reason to not trust the process. My second investment was supposed to be locked in for 3 years, it's been over 5 years now and I keep getting excuses that the building didn't sell yet and no dates on when they are planning to even sell it. I count myself lucky I didn't invest more than 10,000. I signed to put my money back in 401k and they they didn't honor it. They instead gave a small percentage back and froze Q3 and Q4 for 2026. I learned a lesson on investing with a shady REIT. This is just a warning to all out there. Don't be dumb like me.
All I can say is don't invest anything with these guys. They froze Q3 and Q4 2026 after telling me I could sign to get it back in my 401k. I signed. Then another guy called me and said he was pretty sure I would be able to pull it out. Then I waited, they gave a small percentage back. I am sure their bigger fish got their investments back. Never again. Lesson learned. So I got a "Maybe next year it will be unfroze." Ok. Shady.
