I was supposed to receive my initial investment back in 3 years. It’s been 5 years, and I still haven’t received it. They keep giving me expected dates to receive it, and the.dates come and go. They keep changing their story as to why. The last time I communicated with them, they informed me that now they have no idea when I will receive it, and gave a lame excuse as to why. Don’t trust these shady people with your money! You have been warned!
Never heard back regarding a property & management issue. Terrible communication & follow up.
Incredibly unprofessional if you are unlucky enough to book a room with them before they flip their property for sale. Booked through Priceline, did not receive any information about checking in, and as soon as we spoke up they immediately cancelled our reservation leaving us without a place to stay. Knocked on the door of a nearby unit and were told by them that they booked through Airbnb. If they're cutting these corners and dropping the ball for guests, who knows if they can be trusted as an investment.
I had the opportunity to be in the introduction call this afternoon with Mr. Bart Diehl. He was very professional as well as, given me expert insight regarding my new journey as a Real Estate Investor. Thank you Bart for assisting me as well as being professional in your area of expertise.
Neighborhood Ventures doesn't verbally inform unaccredited investors that the company can hold onto their funds into perpetuity if the property is not sold. I think that should be verbally stated up front for all unaccredited investors.
