Neighborhood urgent care is amazing the staff is great friendly, caring. When can’t make it to our primary care this place is my 1st pick. Just a all around great doctors office. The kids love everyone there as well as I do. Plus fast service but trustworthy service.
This place is permanently closed as pf the beginning of may. The pnpy places still open is in Clinton and jacksboro.
I absolutely love this place. What's even better is, they also offer primary care services. They are attentive, caring, compassionate, and truly there to help people. Michaela (don't think that's spelled right) is FANTASTIC! She is now our PCP. :) I HIGHLY recommend Neighborhood Urgent Care.
I am not sure why this urgent care is so highly rated as I did not have a good experience. When we first arrived I noticed that the building was dirty and the fish tank needed a good clean. Had to sit down and wait to check in while the staff had a phone conversation with another office regarding other locations not logging tests on charts as they should and patients getting confused about whether it's an $80 fee to be seen or just their co-pay.
