If I were reviewing this place a year ago, when Anthony was the primary care provider, I'd be writing amazing things. But now, the chick that is (was???) my provider hasn't been great, lets say. As of the past month, I can't even get ahold of either of their clinics in Clinic or Jacksboro to make myself an appt for meds refills. They abandoned their primary care patients and closed, or something. To get my medical records so I can find another primary care clinic is impossible because I cant get ahold of anyone! Says they are open Sundays 9-3. I'm here at 930 and door os locked with no note or anything on door.

1st time I went here I waited 20 minutes just to be told to go to the hospital. This time I came in because I moved wrong in my sleep and something popped in between my neck and my shoulder. Excruciating pain when it happened. Can't move my neck. Pain shooting down my arm. I sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes and decided to just go to the hospital. Most likely would have been my diagnosis. But "urgent care " it is not.

I agree with everything everyone is saying on here. When Anthony was here, you could get good care. He was my primary. I’ve since moved to Oak Ridge. Chelsea is about the money, let’s run bloodwork every three months instead of twice a year or even once a year as most doctors do. It’s always well let’s try this and then we’ll come back and try this if this doesn’t work. I had allergies and her answer take Claritin and Benadryl and see if that worked instead of giving me an allergy shot or Steroid pack. It’s all about the mon... read more
