The ladies Keisha & Amy are great at their job they are very informative, friendly I feel that they should are not appreciated by their higher ups a raise should be given to them both because I work in a similar field that they do and I know it's not easy dealing with people who do not want to pay or who are late etc. Reward them you will realize when you do they will appreciate you and their work ethic will increase.
