Took my money in 2023 and did not file my tax return.
Debra is a liar and screws you over. Paid her to do my taxes and she filed them wrong and lied about the amount I was going to get. Tried to reach out every day for two weeks and they constantly just said that she was out of town or at lunch or busy. Went in and she “wasn’t there that day”. Don’t do your taxes here listen to the reviews!
Like other people have said, they do not have the ability to electronically file taxes, and didn't disclose that information until the next week when I had to call them, because I wasn't able to check the status of my return on the IRS website. It was only then that I had learned about the EFIN number compromise, and instead of calling us and giving us the option to go elsewhere, they mailed off the paper version. I'm sure they did that to avoid having to refund everyone, but this comes off as shady business.
Dont do ur taxes here. Theyre IRS number was comprimised and everyone whos went here to do their taxes wont be getting a return.
