Luna was awesome to work with and resolved my issue quickly and knowledgeably. I appreciated her clear and detailed explanation of everything as well as the personal outreach. I was working with an actual human being - when does THAT happen anymore!

I've used Neighborhood Sun for months after my farm was transferred there from Acadia and I couldn't be happier with their service. Their customer service is exceptional and very helpful and they provide outsized value to me. Specifically Jen H. has been an amazing support member and has helped me countless times. Thanks and highly recommended!

Extremely patient and helpful in explaining everything. This is one of those rare times when the old adage, “it sounds too good to be true” doesn’t apply. Very helpful people who help customers and the environment by enabling more solar energy

I've called Neighborhood Sun on several occasions and have been very impressed and pleased with each encounter. Juliana has helped me with questions about billing, and she is always professional, patient and kind. She explains things clearly and concisely. She has generously extended her help to me anytime, telling me to email her directly and, if needed, we can schedule a time for her to call me. I can't say enough positive things about working with her!
