I had questions about consolidated billing so I called customer service. I got the “All customer service reps are on calls. You can wait on hold or send us an email.” Reluctantly, I sent an email. Within an hour, to my surprise, I got an email back from Juliana. Friendly, professional and requesting that I send her my BGE bill. I did that and she promptly responded with explanations. I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness and promptness!
We sold our home almost 4 months ago and have been trying to cancel ever since, I can't get through on the phone and they've stopped responding to email, meanwhile I'm still getting invoices.
