Jason introduced himself, asked if I had any questions. Even gave me some water and it was much needed!
My wife was loading our space and noticed she had a flat tire, I was out of town and no way could I get to her. Jason actually changed her tire and gave her a cold bottle of water. Amazing customer service! Thank you Jason for going above and beyond!
My wife couldn’t get the door open and Jason saw she was having trouble, came over and showed my wife how to open it. Sprayed the door and works like a charm. My wife was very impressed with his level of customer service and how clean everything was.
If I could give more stars, I would! Ebony was incredibly helpful, patient, and persistent. When the computer said “no,” she found a way to say “yes.” She went above and beyond to make things work for me, and honestly, I think she moved mountains (or at least shifted a few storage ones). Great customer service and such a kind attitude—I really appreciated her help!
