My wife couldn’t get the door open and Jason saw she was having trouble, came over and showed my wife how to open it. Sprayed the door and works like a charm. My wife was very impressed with his level of customer service and how clean everything was.

If I could give more stars, I would! Ebony was incredibly helpful, patient, and persistent. When the computer said “no,” she found a way to say “yes.” She went above and beyond to make things work for me, and honestly, I think she moved mountains (or at least shifted a few storage ones). Great customer service and such a kind attitude—I really appreciated her help!

I couldn’t find my storage space, Jason came over and asked me if I needed any help. He helped me find my space and answered all the questions I had. Extremely clean place! Jason is a very polite, knowledgeable and helpful employee! great customer service!

I’ve rented a lot of storage spaces over the years and this is by far the cleanest facility I’ve ever seen. Jason showed me where my unit was and helped with turning my tuck around safely. I highly recommend public storage.
