He provided helpful information for me to consult with and make recomedations on his team members who also assisted me. 3/3 team members of public storage provided me with great customer service in this area/ location.

Yanique at customer service was an absolute pleasure to deal with and resolved my concerns immediately. This rep deserves a raise!!! Without her customer service; I was seriously considering transferring to U-Haul for my storage needs as unilaterally increasing my rate by over 45.00 per month is ridiculous from a business perspective and if I moved my unit I could save more per month. This is just a ridiculous and waste of everyone’s time and effort. Thank you Yanique for your help!
