After renting your rates will go up every 2 months. Public storage customer service and business model is one of the worst in the world.
Public Storage has become so ver impersonal. You can not speak to a real person IN PERSON it's over the phone or online. You used to be able to buy suppies there, but like personal service that has gone out the door. The units are nice and WAY overpriced. Finally, if I could give minus stars, I would give -5 for impersonal service.
Raise the rent every few months. Sheds are 2x the price of the same size in a better side of town
Ebony was super helpful! There was a slight descrepancy between the site map for 4701 SE Maricamp Rd in Ocala FL and the actual spaces. Ebonu stuck with it until it was cleared up!!
Would just like to thank Miss Trina for helping both my mother & I. Made a difficult day much better.
