I’m extremely disappointed with the misleading pricing tactics used by Public Storage. What started as a reasonable rental rate quickly turned into a frustrating experience, with multiple rate hikes over just two years. Despite claims that rates are based on market data, I found I could rent the exact same sized unit at the same location for significantly less—and this research was done multiple times.
