The employees of Public Storage stepped up to actually help me. I'm a domestic violence survivor and they really assisted in understanding what I needed to do. John Dozier is a special heart. He's one of many kind God-sends that has been placed in my life with a great team at his side. I would highy recommend Public Storage for my friends and family newscaster of my experience with John. They don't have a live person in the building it makes it difficult if you have a problem, without a live person there is no one to take you to see the unit so you get what they assigned you

I rented a small space at an Ocala location over the winter. Each time I visited, the facility was clean and well lighted. Upon no longer requiring the rented space, I submitted my move out date, removed all items, and swept out the storage unit. Shortly after I vacated the unit, I began to receive texts, emails, and phone calls demanding continued payment.
