I rented a small space at an Ocala location over the winter. Each time I visited, the facility was clean and well lighted. Upon no longer requiring the rented space, I submitted my move out date, removed all items, and swept out the storage unit. Shortly after I vacated the unit, I began to receive texts, emails, and phone calls demanding continued payment. Have had a unit a year this July! Customer service has been on par and even little issues have been handled very timely and to our satisfaction each time! JDozier recently even helped us with app issues and had us logged back in within minutes! Highly recommend.
