Mario gave me a water really needed it out here
My hasp was very stiff and difficult to slide, I asked the maintenance memeber Mario if he could please apply some wd-40 to my hasp and my hasp opens and closed way smoother now made it much easier for a guy in his 70s
Missy was amazing, and the Ocala manager, John, was just as outstanding. They made the entire process of accessing my storage unit simple and stress-free, which I especially appreciated since I'm traveling a long distance to get there. This is exactly what exceptional customer service should look like. Thank you both for going above and beyond. Missy and John, you are truly amazing! I hope you're both there when I arrive next week so I can thank you in person.
Facility is very clean and well maintained by mario. also very friendly I feel comfortable storing here.
