Neighborhood Roofing Company out of Ann Arbor recently replaced many of the roofs in the condo development where I live. They ran a very clean operation, properly disposed of the used shingles and other debris. The crew worked very hard, long hours from sun-up to sun-down. My roof only required minor repair around the roof vents, I believe the flashing was replaced. The company representative I spoke with was very friendly and professional. From what I can observe from the ground they did an excellent job.
We had another excellent experience from beginning to end with Neighborhood Roofing. The office folks are patient and friendly, the estimates gave us enough options for our small condo association and the job was well done. Neighborhood Roofing has done two jobs for us over the years and I have never felt the need to look elsewhere. When getting a quote for our garage, they didn’t try to upsell us on a replacement roof for the house and, in fact, gave a very accurate estimate on how long it would last. We chose this company after much research and asking friends, neighbors and my clients (I own a dog grooming business in town). Had a bunch of roofing businesses to choose from, but over and over...this company kept being referred to. They did the best job on my roof! The salesman (Ben) was very informative. Tom contacted me personally to make sure everything went good. They showed up on time and were done before I got home! Other then a new roof I couldn’t even tell they were there. They weren’t the cheapest and they weren’t the most expensive. I chose to go with the company I was most comfortable with and I’m very happy with that decision.
Can’t say enough great things! Tom really went the extra mile to make sure we got the best product for us. When the roof was installed they were efficient and neat and offered to come back in the spring to clean up again since it snowed. Thanks for a easy and positive experience!
Really impressive contractor! Visited my site and helped me work through some repair options. Needed a chimney re-flashed, and they helped me figure out some other repairs rather than a complete replacement. They were able to get me in to the schedule within a reasonable timeframe. When the crew arrived, they were courteous, thorough, and did first rate work! I will definitely recommend them to friends and return to them when I need a roof replacement. Pricing was more than fair, too!
