Neighborhood Roofing Company out of Ann Arbor recently replaced many of the roofs in the condo development where I live. They ran a very clean operation, properly disposed of the used shingles and other debris. The crew worked very hard, long hours from sun-up to sun-down. My roof only required minor repair around the roof vents, I believe the flashing was replaced. The company representative I spoke with was very friendly and professional. From what I can observe from the ground they did an excellent job.
We had another excellent experience from beginning to end with Neighborhood Roofing. The office folks are patient and friendly, the estimates gave us enough options for our small condo association and the job was well done. Everyone that we have dealt with in the company was professional and helpful. I was glad to have an end-of-job chat with Keith and was happy to share our little communities praise for Wayne and Joe.
