Can't write a review on renting from Neighborhood Rental, I never made it that far. I believe there are few things in this world that are worse than giving one hope and then ripping it away. Greedy Thieves... that about sums it up. They will jack your rent up $70+ yearly, even during economic slumps. It's money 1st, 2nd & 3rd with them. They bait you into putting a lot of effort into cleaning up as you leave. Giving you false hope that you can get all or most of your deposit back. They NEVER intend to give anyone their full deposit back. I spent $300 having my apartment professionally cleaned. I even made sure it was up to par after the job was done.
