Larrie Garcia is extremely rude. I was really hoping to have a better experience from what’s online, but unfortunately not. I met him to view a property and asked if they were planning on cleaning and spot painting the place before someone moves in. He basically ended the tour. I asked if that’s the same condition he’d like me to leave the unit in when I move out. I asked a question which hit a nerve. Rude, unprofessional, and condescending like others stated.
