Communication is definitely not a strong suit here I have emailed and called several times within a week to check status and address concerns on an application and have yet to get a response until yesterday and that response was I will touch base with you first thing in the morning it is now 2 hours after opening and I have yet to receive a response. Only positive I can say is the service team answered rather quickly In addition there's also no physical address for them so you can't walk into an office to check anything
NPM team managed my multi-family property in Fresno from out of town for 7+ years and did an amazing job keeping me hands off. Their online portal and communication made it so easy to run the property and they had a ton of expertise of the local market
Went to go look at a rental today. Waited 10 mins no one showed. Their phone number doesnt connect you with a person. Just flaked on us.
At first the property management was on top of every issue we would come across since we moved in. Unfortunately, our AC unit has been failing. They had sent over two vendors to check out our Ac unit and recommend to get it replaced right away. The management has not been responding to our emails or calls. We had showed proof and not only that our pg&e had sky rocketed from an average monthly payment of $140 this month we have to pay $500. This is very disappointing. My friend was with out hot water & a shower for 15 days. The plumber came in and cut 11 massive holes in the ceiling and walls, it’s been 3 weeks, still not fixed. The air conditioning has been down 13 days. Over 90 degrees every day. All they do is mark it fixed. They don’t pick up or answer any messages/calls. They made him pay double to get into this ghetto apartment, he’s paid on time every month for almost 5 years. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!
