At first the property management was on top of every issue we would come across since we moved in. Unfortunately, our AC unit has been failing. They had sent over two vendors to check out our Ac unit and recommend to get it replaced right away. The management has not been responding to our emails or calls. We had showed proof and not only that our pg&e had sky rocketed from an average monthly payment of $140 this month we have to pay $500. This is very disappointing. My friend was with out hot water & a shower for 15 days. The plumber came in and cut 11 massive holes in the ceiling and walls, it’s been 3 weeks, still not fixed. The air conditioning has been down 13 days. Over 90 degrees every day. All they do is mark it fixed. They don’t pick up or answer any messages/calls. They made him pay double to get into this ghetto apartment, he’s paid on time every month for almost 5 years. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!

Wish I could give this company 0 stars. I rented a unit from this company when I moved to Fresno to go to state. I live there for one year and the neighborhood was rough so I decided to leave after my year lease was up. My partner and I had to pay double deposit on the units due to “my job being too new.” When we got the units the apartment was filthy and the balcony smelled like dog poop and urine.
