I recently had the pleasure of working with Neighborhood plumbing Company, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Start to finish, my experience was great! The customer rep was very friendly. They sent a plumber out the next day. He took the time to carefully inspect the problem. He didn't rush to explain the problem and what needed to be done. The price was reasonable considering the quality work. No hidden fees. After the qoute and repair I felt at ease knowing the issue is fixed and at a fair price!
From initial contact to the job being completed the communication, explanation, and thoroughness were impeccable. I was also hoping to find a decent, fair, quality workmanship plumber since this job was for our daughter's house. She recently moved to Waukesha. We live 7 hours away. These guys hit every target.
