Spoke with Donovan who owns this small family business. Right from the start Donovan was very transparent and up front about what to expect. We had two gas water heaters installed. Doug was my point of contact for the initial appointment and inspection. Doug was very professional and knowledgeable about his craft. Donovan and Neighborhood Plumbing are truly the best of the best! My husband and I are in the process of buying my parents’ house, and they’ve helped us with education, fixes, and proactively planning for issues we may face in the future. I have been SO impressed with the fair pricing, responsiveness, and practical approach to plumbing issues. This is the only plumber I would ever call in the greater Milwaukee or Waukesha County area.

Everything on their website is 100% true. Donovan and Doug were prompt, thorough, capable, and trustworthy. What I especially appreciated was the clear explanations of the work needed and how it would be accomplished. We needed a major overhaul of several plumbing issues in our 1960 home and their work was impeccable. We highly recommend Neighborhood Plumbing and will use them for all of our future plumbing needs.
