Donovan was very responsive in a difficult situation in our area with basements flooded. Followed up and moved up my appointment when someone cancelled. Explained everything and found a new water heater for me. Will definitely use him in the future.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Neighborhood plumbing Company, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Start to finish, my experience was great! The customer rep was very friendly. They sent a plumber out the next day. He took the time to carefully inspect the problem. He didn't rush to explain the problem and what needed to be done. The price was reasonable considering the quality work. No hidden fees. After the qoute and repair I felt at ease knowing the issue is fixed and at a fair price!
