Had sink work completed. I unscrewed the pipe under the bathroom sink to retrieve an item that fell in the sink and noticed the gasket rings are missing from the pipes under the sink. I was able to screw it back together but gasket rings are missing, which seals the pipes together. I told this plumber and he became very upset and began yelling at me from the beginning and saying I am out of warranty because its been 3 years. Why the yelling. He was very rude. I do not recommend this company. I couldn't even get past the initial phone call without being met with attitude and just plain unprofessional behavior. But at least I got to experience it before I actually hired them. Just want to share my experience and hopefully help someone else to avoid this place.

I want to thank Neighborhood Plumbing for their fast and efficient service in the evening with my sump pump replacement after water overflowed in my rec room. Doug came over quickly and did a great job and Donovan was quick to respond to my immediate need for quick service (even though he was out of town). Thank you both and I will definitely refer you to others and reach out again if needed (but not too soon - lol) Good job!!
