I called Neighborhood Plumbing because the pipe in the exterior wall of my backyard spigot was cracked and leaking, and the shutoff valve was rusted open (old house with galvanized pipes). Donovan, and his apprentice Matthew, assessed the situation and gave me a fair price. I asked them to also replace my front-yard spigot because its shutoff valve was also rusted open and I wanted to avoid future issues.
