If you are looking for a pediatrician I would encourage you to look elsewhere. We have had several bad experiences and this visit was our last. I will start by saying that it is not uncommon to wait over an hour to see the doctor. One of our visits we had to take our son in to be tested for COVID. They asked us to take his clothes off but leave his diaper on. Took over an hour for the doctor to see him. So you let a sick child wait in a cold waiting room… they also charge $800 dollars for a covid test… Last mistake was on ou... read more

I've been taking my 4-year old son to Neighborhood Pediatrics since he was 3 months old. We've had nothing but positive experiences. Dr. Lucas is soft and kind to little ones and never rushes through an exam. Office staff is organized accommodating and nurses are quick and efficient. I have always been able to be seen same-day for a sick appointment. Very satisfied.
This place has bad reviews for a reason. I tried to stay here for as long as I could. The last straw was when my child needed bloodwork to rule out a few things and it took them two months to even respond to me. I called them numerous times and no response. The staff said Dr. Lucas would be in contact shortly. It takes her two months to give us bloodwork results. I firmly believe Dr. Lucas hates her job and is burned out. She is NOT thorough.
