We recently hired Neighborhood Painting and Restoration to paint the exterior of our home. The owner of the company came out to our property to bid. He was timely and professional. Also, he promptly provided a quote for painting our house (and doing some minor trim work). The price was very reasonable based on other bids received. The company was quick to schedule a date and, when the crew showed up, they were very professional. The house was painted ahead of schedule. I highly recommend using this company for painting!
Jacob and Michael stood behind the five year paint guarantee even though they did not own the company when my house was painted originally. There was some flaking on the porch bannisters and Daniel went over and above just touching them up, he completely repainted them twice. Cesar did a great job power washing my house, very concientious and thorough. I could tell the company takes great pride in their work and that's who I want working on my house. Thank you for a professional and great job! Five Stars!
This team is professional, abundantly kind and excellent in their work. They did a fabulous job doing our entire home exterior, *lots* of wood rot repair, trim/shudders & gutters! They were so thorough in their prep work for what was some very old wood-now it looks great! They were super knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make things look not just good, but GREAT. The complimentary color consultant visit was also a huge help in picking colors! Additionally, any concerns or follow-up questions we had with the project ... read more
Neighborhood Painting did an amazing job! The crew really took their time with repairs and painting. Their work reflects that they truly cared and wanted to do a good job. We had a ton of Woodrot around the entire house, and they fixed all of it. I also loved that they offered a free color consultation. We had a general idea of what color we wanted to paint the house, but the color rep helped us make our decision. We will definitely use them again if needed and will 100% recommend to others. Neighborhood Painting and Restoration definitely exceeded our expectations for quality work. Dealt with Michael and Kaven for the project and they were very transparent and patient throughout the process. Our house leveled up ascetically in curb appeal for sure. Each day on the project they left the house in orderly fashion. Even on unpredictable times of April weather in KC the crew handled business. We’re happy with the craftsmanship of Neighborhood Painting, thank you! Highly recommended.
