DO NOT USE this company for a mortgage loan or a refi. They double billed me for the appraisal and it took over a MONTH to refund me the money. They continually asked for documents that I had already uploaded to them. There is NO communication between the loan officer and the loan processor. It literally took over 45 days to close a refi and NOT because we did not provide the necessary documentation. We started our loan process with this company because a real estate agent in Georgia referred us to them. As it turns out the loan officer we were sent to there is an immediate family member which seems a little unethical in my opinion. One would expect that same loan officer walk with you through the entire loan process and be honest and upfront in all business dealings. This was not the case in our situation.
