Thank you, to the fine professional staff at Neighborhood Minor Care Clinic, for your outstanding medical help for my son yesterday afternoon! We were in and out in 30 minutes, and y'all treated my son with care and compassion. I recommend the office and staff to anyone in need of a affordable,fast pace and caring medical office.
This is a small clinic located in Northwest Houston, located close to Antoine and Hwy 290. The staff are Bilingual, Spanish/English and are very friendly. This is a low cost clinic that is affordable to everyone, although they do take Medicare/Medicaid, and Major Insurance. I recommend it to anyone who is in need of Urgent Health care. They have been at this location for 3 years and are highly thought of by the surrounding Schools and Day Care facilities. I recommend it to anyone.
This place was CRAP! They didn't check my immunization record, I had to hand it to the nurse in the exam room because she forgot about it. They didn't check my vitals before giving me my shot either. The documentation they gave me for my shot afterwards didn't even have my NAME on it. The nurse also put the bandaid on her wrist before applying it on me. These people have NO IDEA what they are doing and the doctor wasn't even around when I went there. I would not recommend this place for anyone, especially young children!
My husband lost his insurance recently. I developed a pretty severe case of high blood pressure soon thereafter. I didn't know what to do or where to go. I was given a Neighborhood Minor Care Clinic flyer at an event. I thought that I would give going there a shot, as the first visit is free and I had nothing to lose. I'm glad I went. they reviewed my med records and helped me with my medical concerns. Doctor is a great medical professional and loves long conversation! I will go back and see this doctor again.
