I contacted Neighborhood Legal Services (NLS) in Pittsburgh on Wednesday, July 23, 2025, urgently seeking representation for an unemployment hearing scheduled for Monday, July 28. During intake, I emphasized the hearing was days away and was assured someone would call back within 48 hours. No one ever did. We had a great experience with NLS. It was difficult to connect, because they are so busy. But we really needed help. So we kept calling and emailing until we got connected. Once connected, the attorney and the team helped us amazingly quickly and seamlessly. It was intense and fulfilling. And the result was the thing we most wanted. I cannot thank them enough for their help. It was all done by phone and virtual. We would like to thank them in-person sometime.

I called they called back 4days before my plea 🥺 hearing... they said call afterwards I did no answer but I just wanted some more time but I heard they cangive more time as well.. but no answer so well see what Monday..
