I called June 10th someone was suppose to get in touch with me today is June 17th no contact still.
My partner and I had a terrible experience with this place. Extremely slow responses and processing times, with critical updates within only days of court date. We were let down and left wishing we invested the effort and little money we have into hiring a proper attorney. The sassy replies of their office via email as well as in person did not help either, simply distasteful, especially given our circumstances. Katherine Guzzi, Esq. should not be working with victims of crimes and people of color. She has no conflict resolution whatsoever. She doesn’t belong in a nonprofit organization such as this. She has no compassion for people who are processing trauma and trying to navigate the hardest times of their lives. She gave me false information on Tuesday 4/21.
