I am now at the point where I'm going to contact their grant donors. They received $8 million in 2024 alone. My mother applied for services almost a month ago now when her building was illegally prohibiting the use of toilet, shower, and all water for a week. She lives in senior hud, housing. what a joke. apply for services, they do an intake and I havent heard back in months. the leave a message system is a joke.

Poor service they dropped out of my disability case during my appeal process and left me with no representation or guidance. Very unprofessional!
