Appointment canceled, no honest attempts at rescheduling. I haven’t been able to be seen for months. I keep getting roundabouts, robots and slurred speech messages telling me my appointments are canceled. Also the front desk girl Louise was seemingly under the influence in the message, slurring her speech, unable to remember what doctors office she was even canceling from. 4 out of my 6 appointments had at least 20-30 minutes delay and they never value their patients time
At the appointed time for a Covid-19 booster vaccine, this center was closed. There were about 15 people showing up this morning (11/27), all with appointments. Unbelievable. Poor planning or incompetence?
