Very disappointed in Stephanie Howell HOUEL she was extremely unprofessional. I had an hour drive to get there with all the road construction going on. I was 29 minutes late and she wouldn’t even see me and she had another hour left till they were gonna take their break. This is extremely rude to do to somebody, especially when they went down, windy roads and drove for a whole hour on an emergency visit there was nobody in the office. No patience to be seen.
