Don't ever file a grievance. I'm 70 years old. I've been banned for ten years, which is still ongoing, because I filed a grievance. They called it "out of compliance", since I'm sure it's illegal to discriminate for filing a grievance. I wonder how long it took to think up that generalization, without any specifics? This place seems to only take care of Hispanic people. Went in there for an elbow issue. Was told I'd be sent to a specialist. Was not given any paperwork about the specialist or the next step to getting a x-ray. They do not care to help out anyone that is not Hispanic. Highly recommend if you are not Hispanic drive to Escondido. Or go to another clinic other than this one.
