I absolutely love Temecula Valley Neighborhood Healthcare. The staff who answer the phones are always so kind, patient, and helpful. Every time I call, they take care of my concerns right away, help me schedule appointments, and make the whole process easy and stress free. Thank you for doing an amazing job
Ever since borrego went under I've been through four different doctors in the past year and now I'm out of medication and the messages keep getting deleted that I leave it's been 2 weeks that I've been trying to get medication I even had to make an appointment with somebody else from the same facility and they were unable to refill my prescription. I paid out-of-pocket for that and this new doctor I have just won't communicate back.
