Two stars only because the receptionist was nice. Lazy doctor, avoid at all cost.
Don't even bother to call for an appointment unless you have no other options! This place takes 5 to 6 months for an appointment and that's even after you are an established patient! So keep looking because the odds are you will probably die before they can get you in!
Made app. for my annual here appointment was 3 months out they sent me a link to complete check in on line. I completed all forms downloaded my insurance card the whole shabang. Show up they have no records for me or anything and said they wouldn't be able to do my physical because they need to do paperwork instead and their computor program was down. Place was not impressive at all will not go their again. So now I'm back to trying to find another provider. Should have read the horrible reviews first.
