All around terrible experience. We waited over an hour just to see the doctor, which immediately set a bad tone. Once we were finally brought back, the nurse (Rachel) was extremely passive-aggressive and dismissive of our choices as parents. We made it clear what we were and weren’t comfortable with regarding prenatal care, and instead of being respected, we were met with attitude and pressure. My partner and I had a very distasteful experience here today unfortunately. The nurses didn’t seem too knowledgeable as to what they were talking about and the “Doctor” Carassco was very inappropriate. He hasn’t read through my chart at all and openly admitted so and was just unable to carry on a conversation about what we needed and wanted for our care. Will not be going back.
