I've been a patient care for a while at the glaze no location. My doctor, who has retired, was the best! Since she is left I have asked for appointments due to a medical issue I have, they have not given me one, I asked for some testing ( Routine blood work due to anemia issues and a x-ray of my throat to see if I have another blockage in my throat. Terrible. Waited more than a month to get a dental appointment. Once there and waiting over an hour with no explanation for the delay, I finally walked out. Do they not realize that my time is important, too. To make matters worse, many staff were just hanging around not doing anything.
I visited the pharmacy today to pick up a high blood pressure medication and a birth control pill. The birth control came with no cost but the high blood pressure pills copayment was $6. I thought it was $5 so I only came with $5 cash.I left my purse at home on accident and I did not have enough to pay the $6 dollars. I only had $5 dollars. They turned me away and would not give me the medication. I was short $1 dollar and they turned me away. Unbelievable!!!
