I WILL NEVER TAKE MY KIDS HERE ! They scheduled my 4 kids for the same day and when I went there with all four of my kids. they refused to see them and told me that they apologize for the inconvenience because the doctor was running behind . As a only parent had to take four of my kids age 2 years old twins a 18 months old and a 1-month-old newborn. This lady Deb the management, she was so disrespectful to me seeing how much trouble it was for me being there with four kids.
The automatic answering service says the office opens at 8:30 AM, but the website says 8 AM—so which is it? I’ve been calling every week from Monday to Wednesday trying to get a walk-in dental appointment, and I can never seem to get in. If they can’t even provide clear, consistent information about their hours, how can patients trust them with their care? Terrible communication and an overall frustrating experience.
