Worst customer service support ever. I was scheduled appointment two times went twice and case worker never there.
About three years ago I'd written a review praising the Casey Center team especially Karen and Laura for having helped me with the many questions I'd posed, paperwork, scheduling, and everything in between during that time. Today I'm rewriting my review to add Jennifer Sims to the list--a caring, compassionate and knowledgeable nurse who helped me so much during a time when I carried much anxiety and uncertainty around my health concerns.
