Professionalism and great customer service..
Poor experience. Such a waste of time. I arrived about 10 minutes before my 1:30pm appointment and was still waiting after 2:00pm without being seen. So, I canceled and left. I understand that delays can happen, but patients’ time is valuable too. Many clinics cancel or reschedule appointments if a patient is even 10–15 minutes late, so it’s disappointing when the same respect for time isn’t shown to patients. Better communication and scheduling would greatly improve the experience.
