I’m honestly furious. My daughter was in the ER 3 days ago for a serious dental infection with swelling and severe pain after two full rounds of antibiotics that did not work. She now had worsening swelling and was starting to have issues swallowing. The ER specifically referred us here and told us to get a same day urgent appointment. I called expecting urgency.
