I’m honestly furious. My daughter was in the ER 3 days ago for a serious dental infection with swelling and severe pain after two full rounds of antibiotics that did not work. She now had worsening swelling and was starting to have issues swallowing. The ER specifically referred us here and told us to get a same day urgent appointment. I called expecting urgency. Pésima atención que me dieron en casi la mayoría de mis citas, más el doctor atiende como de mala gana y eso no debería de ser se supone que uno va para que la atiendan no para perder el momento 😞
