DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. I called stating I would be 5 MINUTES late. They told me to come a way ways. I came and checked in and they let me sit there for 40 MINUTES just to tell me I couldn’t be seen. For my lexapro that is out. Because I was “technically a new patient”, although I was seen 2 years and ago and TN law is that you are not a new patient unless it’s been 3 years. Absolutely awful experience. They obviously truly don’t care about their patients.
