This is literally the worst clinic I have ever been to. I set up a appt a week ago, arrived today only to be told I didn't have a appt. The receptionist was belligerent and condescending with me and told me if I wanted to be seen I would need to drive to Madison and do a walk in. I called the call center that screwed up the appt scheduling and they wouldn't do anything to fix it. I ended up driving to Madison and having to wait 4 hrs to be seen by doctor Afshan Kirmani who never even touched me or even listened to my problem... read more
2 times these stupid doctors were no help at all, Why I bothered a 2nd time ?? I was desperate with little money. And thought Id give another chance. 1 spanish woman doctor practically accused me of being a drug addict saying she wouldnt prescribe me drugs that were addictive. 1st time ive ever seen her. Havent slept in 2 months, she give me a prescrip for a total different drug than what she told me, Didnt work. !st time i went there they misdiagnosed me when I had h- pylori and cost me 6000 buck for 3 emergency room visits... read more
This clinic gets my highest rating! Everyone is so friendly and courteous - the doctors, nurse practitioners, assistants, even the lady who takes your money - they are great! Going to the doctor is usually not a pleasant experience. Most of the time you are not feeling well to begin with! But by the time you leave, you will have a smile on your face! Thank you Madison Family Medical Center for taking care of me when I was not at my best!
