I was supposed to have an appointment today at 7:30, I walked in and they said that he won’t be there till noon. I should’ve been notified, but I wasn’t. Time to find another PCP, where people care about their patients. I wish I could give them 0 stars!
I have been going to this clinic for years and was seeing four great providers! I can’t remember the last two, but I remember Julie Brewer and Caitlin Allen who works with the kids now. All of them have left within the last few years and my most recent provider left last year. She was amazing! Now they tell you the only provider you can see at this clinic is Sandra Rivera. The wait is unacceptable. I called in 30 mins prior to my appointment to let them know that as I was in route I caught a flat tire they refused to answer the phones. Then I still show up to my appointment young lady at the front desk(medical side) was very rude, nasty attitude & wasn’t helpful at all. while sitting in the waiting area to be seen she is at the front desk in front of patients yelling upset about door dash bringing her the wrong food. Great resource when in need. Walkins available, but you will wait. Most drs are very helpful.
Expect to be waiting about an hour to get checked in, rude attitudes, and then expect to wait about 30 min to even see a nurse once brought back- THEN wait another 30 min to see the doctor- THEN wait another 30 min for the nurse to come back. It's ridiculous, I was there at 7:30AM AND DIDNT LEAVE UNTIL 10 SOMETHING
