Kindness, patience, knowledge and empathy.
Great staff and caring people
Wonderful staff. Caring and compassionate nurses and social workers. Penn Medicine however needs to put some more focus into this end of there business.And yes it is a Hospice but to Penn it's just business. Sad for the people who are compassionate about there jobs. Probably why there understaffed and I have no doubt underpaid. The only reason I will give them a 5 rating is the people who did as much they possibly could with the little time they had to come and visit my brother and make him feel that he was important and sho... read more
