This is a general critique for NHs all across Fort Wayne. There's no way to email them; there's no way to bring up concerns through the patient dashboard. There are technical issues on the site and apparently in their actual clinics because I've been troubleshooting the same issue with them since I FIRST started going there, which makes it difficult to pay my bills. I go to this location for their WIC services. The ladies in the nutrition department and behind the desk have always been kind and helpful. However, I have to say the security staff make it unfriendly for your children. An older gentleman was rude to me and my THREE year old because he wanted to watch the water run in the drinking fountain and push the button. I call Neightborhood Clinic for the whole month of January 2025 to get scheduled for a Dentist Appointment and I was unsuccuessful They told me someone would get back with me but they never did I even spoke with a younglady who give me her extension and I call her left several messages still no reply I am so disappointed I tried calling today February 14, 2025 I guess they are not open on Friday's because I keep getting a recording saying they are not receiving messages right now
