I'm happy with the care I receive
I went to the office to have a tooth extracted; however, when I was seen, the professional informed me that she could not perform the procedure and would need to refer me to other specialists. Alternatively, she suggested I could wait for the return of another specialist who was on vacation. I was quite dissatisfied, as I paid for the consultation but ultimately did not receive the procedure or an immediate solution for my case. While the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful they will not respect the customers time. We've had a few standard visits that took over three hours for fifteen minutes of actual service.
