Had no idea walking in what to expect, as I just lost my health insurance. The facility is beautiful, new and clean, way nicer than I expected. Every person I interacted with was very friendly, compassionate and knowledgeable. The process did take a couple hours, so make sure to plan for that. If youre hesitant to go, dont be. Wonderful experience, even for something very serious and stressful.
I believe the staff there is exceptionally courteous and genuinely dedicated to assisting patients. They faced significant challenges in making the required services affordable and accessible to the patients but figure out a way to make it happen. Dr. Do was incredibly knowledgeable and personable in the care he provided. I must also mention that all the staff who supported him were great.
I have bad dental anxiety, as long as you are open about it, they are very helpful and try to make your experience anxiety free. Its a havey weight off my shoulders knowing im getting the best care with understanding doctors.
