I live her as we speak, and several issues in regard structural upkeep of the inside of the apartments some maintenence of the walls and doors 2 the outside,, where the floors meet both need attention. And possibly the outside needs 2 be rehabbed or the roof 2 stop mice , spiders from entering, pipes going in 2 the ground need 2 be replaced or filled 2 prevent mold and rodents from from the apartments. This place has become trash can’t keep maintenance workers. Trash everywhere outside in the apartment buildings, the inside of the buildings smell like a backed up sewer. The manager doesn’t care about the tenants and their needs but if your rent is late they want to add late fees. Work orders never get completed, everything is on back order. It’s just horrible i wouldn’t move into this slump.
