This clinic was a lifesaver for me! I had run out of my BP medication a couple weeks ago and I had been trying to get my provider in AZ to help me fill it. Long story short, she wouldn't now that I've moved to Stoughton. I stumbled on this clinic and texted for an appointment. I was grateful for this place at first but only one doctor would actually listen and care about my constant foot pain. Many visits later after being misdiagnosed I finally found out the root cause of my years of foot pain was because I was Type 2 Diabetic. They got me on Metformin right away helped for about a year then my blood sugar numbers kept increasing so instead of letting me see the doctor I had been working with a women named Tina called me and said "we can increase your Metformin dose but your going to die of kidne... read more

There aren't enough words to share how wonderful this clinic is! The staff is friendly, helpful, caring, and goes out of their way to get me through appointments as a hearing-impaired person. I have never felt so comfortable at a medical visit, and I can't thank them enough.

I stumbled upon the neighborhood clinic online and am so grateful! I was able to be seen right away due to their walk in services on Tuesday evenings, and everyone was so welcoming and helpful. It’s unfortunate healthcare isn’t affordable to all, but this place is a gem to those in need. Bless all their volunteers and the good work they do.
