Next to impossible to get anyone on the phone, not to mention to come out and give estimates. We've dealt with them in two different capacities. One, they were the contractor who installed the floor in the house we built. Overall that was fine (hence 2 stars) but when it came time to make repairs it was a 3 week struggle. Now fast forward when we need some carpet replaced due to pet damage, it is another run-around. They're nice enough when they do answer the phone, but it doesn't offset the frustration of every other aspect... read more
Good people and great service!!
Great experience. Spent a couple of months shopping around for vinyl plank and kept coming back to here. Took all kinds of samples home week after week. Byron was patient and very knowledgeable. When we finally said go, product was in within a week, install in 7 rooms done in 3 days. Byron, Brian and installers were professional and floors look great. Highly recommend Neighborhood Flooring.
