Love this dentist office! Everyone is super friendly especially the girls at the front desk! They eased my mind and my fear of the dentist. Dentist is professional, gentle and frequently asks how you are doing during procedures :)
I have dental anxiety and everyone, from the front desk to the dentist, everyone was so friendly and explained everything thoroughly. It was definitely a neighborhood vibe. Leading up to my appointment I was contacted to see if I would like one of their cancellations. Customer service is top notch! X-rays and cleaning were gentle and quick. At the end of my appointment they set me up with a treatment plan explaining step by step what needed to be done to keep my smile at its best. I am so thankful I found this dentist. The front desk staff is always super friendly and welcoming. The lobby is very modern, sleek and clean with a nice big tv to watch while waiting to be called back. The dentist himself is amazing! I have severe dentist anxiety and he made me feel super calm and explained everything he was doing, step by step. The wait can be a bit excessive- there is only one dentist at the practice- but it is so worth it. I am so happy I found Neighborhood Dental.
