The woman I spoke with was extremely discouraging to deal with. She repeatedly gave generic information without knowing the specific terms of my lease or fully understanding my situation. I had an appointment and I was told that they do not have the staff to assist anyone regarding housing other than to keep people in homes. I requested an appointment for legal advice or for representation. The person assisting me did seem like she was working for anything with Christian in the front of it.
