I’d give 0 stars but then I couldn’t tell you not to waste your time if you’re outside of Indianapolis!!!!!! She told me that my property manager c attempting to enter my premises with only 10 min notice was “not something bosses can force their employers to do and be polite” Should’ve ended the call then. In the past, NCLS was great. But many staff have come and gone. I dealt specifically with Deitra Tate for a housing issue and I am assuming that is the only attorney they have for housing guidance. She seemed flustered when I talked to her and just gave me resources to be able to represent myself. Not really helpful aside from guiding me to specific resources. Anything more complex, they won’t be able to assist you with, so I would suggest you find an attorney who will truly fight for you.
