I had a bad experience at Neighborhood Car Care. I took in my 1987 4Runner I had recently purchased to "1) get the truck to pass smog as cheaply as possible and 2) figure out exactly what the truck needs to be safe and up to date on maintenance." Neighborhood car care truly cares about its clientele. Been taking my autos here for years! They have always offered up honest, reliable and affordable service. The staff always goes out of their way to make sure the job is done right. Can’t recommend this place enough. I wish all mechanics were this honest and trustworthy.

Amazing, attentive, and knowledgeable staff. I thought owning a BMW would be a nightmare but they have proved me otherwise. Randy is so helpful, he made even the stressful things about car repair bearable. Grateful for Neighborhood Car Care being what they are; a solid shop that isn’t going to price gouge you.
Randy was very knowledgeable, he told me what to expect and made me feel confident about bringing my car there. And they got me in and out sooner than I anticipated!
