The computer repair service that I received at Neighborhood Business Center has been the absolute worse service ever. The computer tech here has no clue what he is doing. He bullsh!ts his customers and takes them for their money. Ill never set foot in this place again.

If your in need of computer repair... than this IS NOT the place for you. Neighborhood Business Center took almost 3 months before my computer was ready. And when the repair was completed, I didnt get a call or anything. I got fed up and called to tell them that Im coming to pick up my laptop. When I got there it took them about 10 minutes to locate my laptop. Than I was told that it had been sitting on the desk for a few day for pick up. They left screws out of the bottom, scratched the surfaces and still charged me the ful... read more

The people are friendly but the service sucks. Took them 3 months to repair my laptop. Every time I called for a status was like calling for the first time, every time. They didnt have a clue who I was, where my laptop was, etc. Never again.
