SEE BEFORE AND AFTER PICTURES BELOW! Changing my review to 5 stars. I ended up extending my trip and was able to return to the salon to have my toe nails fixed. The person who I talked to the first time on the phone was not the manager. The actual manager called me back and had seen the photos from the previous review. He apologized over and over and asked that I come back to have them fixed. When I returned to the salon, I was seated immediately and they got to work. My mom and I have been going to Neighborhood Beauty Boutique for the past five years and love everything about them. Everyone is friendly, professional and accommodating. Their work ethic is the best! They are extremely customer service focused and want to make sure that the customer is completely satisfied.

My wife and I have been going here for over a year. We’ve had a good experience thus far although a few times we did feel we didn’t get the quality we expected. No big deal. We just got the 57$ pedicure today, a premium service that we thought was worth experiencing.The lady who did mine finished 20 minutes sooner for the same service that my wife started with the other rep at the same time as I did; she did not do the full service nor did she do the stone massage.
