Went here for years but has gone down hill. Tina chemically burned my heel by leaving it sitting way to long.. then had to ask for burning gel while she still tried to upsell me on services while I was scraping off the gel. Still had to pay and no apologies Will never go back

I will always go to this salon. I have gone here for years. I usually go to Tom because he is the ultra “perfectionist” and my nails usually last about 6 weeks with the gel dip. Andy is excellent too. Everyone that works seems to have one goal…and that is to have their customers totally satisfied. I’ve tried other salons, but this one is the BEST

Edited.......... I would give zero stars if I could. Thought I would give this salon another try after 7 years. I heard it was new management. Went in for a simple gel manicure. Got talked into an ombre effect. I had never had it before and didn't know what to expect. I didn't actually like it when done but wasn't sure so I left. My friends and family were shocked at what they looked like. It was horrible. She, Tina, did not know how to do it and should not have talked me into it.
