Amazing! New to NB community. Let me start by saying that this is truly a supportive and welcoming environment! The instructors and the members are so nice and helpful. The workout…. Looks pretty easy…. But looks are deceiving! This is low impact workout but with a deep muscle workout with variations offered to increase/decrease intensity. Definitely recommend!
What a great place to have in our local Community. I'm excited to check out more classes!
Love this studio and all of the instructors! I also love that every class is different. I feel accepted and challenged in every class!
I’ve been going to barre for about 3 weeks now- early in the morning. The classes are amazing. I am sore in places I didn’t think I’d be. it’s a great core workout! Plus I get to do it before work.
